Hello! The Canadian Medical Association is having a meeting in Saskoon (sp?) where they are expected to recommend a private medical system to replace or augment their system which they believe is in free fall. Canadians who can afford it are coming to the states for care.

Hence, my link to the coops as a possible 3rd way.
