Hey!
Just found my PC.
148 boxes, many 4-5 ft tall and spread between the house and the condo!
Settlement on the Gladwyne property was touch 'n go for both us and the buyers. Both parties satisfied the title company just hours before settlement.
It'll take another week to get both our properties here settled down and then, a gimongous renno of the house is in the wings. Will need to repack a lot of stuff.
We were supposed to go to our Cabo place on Oct. 10th or 11th but will not have the energy for the trip. Figuring February.
It's 5:07. Miller time!
