Do you guys ever use PingPlotter or a similar tool? It's been a life saver for me (using a WISP).

I found a bug. They're fixing it in next release.

Interesting. I consistantly see a 10% packet loss just after my router. I guess it's at Comcast's 1st. node? Nothing is identified.

run a test or 3 here:

for an accurate assessment of packet loss and other ill's.

We use it in our customer support group all the time to prove to customers the problems they have are with the internet as opposed to our software/servers.

I just bought their standard version yesterday. Nice to have a plot showing connectivity over a period of time. It coincides nicely with my router log to identify where the actual problems are.

Sorry to see it if failed on you Jay, at least you are gracious enough to let them know so they can fix the bugs.

I generally just leave the plotter running on a 2nd monitor so I don't have to wonder what's going on with connectivity.

Shawn - they gave me a workaround. That's when I saw the 100% loss after my rooter.
