USB rechargable batteries....

so.. hypothetically speaking... if you had a device that charged off USB (for example, my blackberry does)... and the device you are charging off of was running off batter, could the battery generate enough power to charge the other batteries fast enough so you could have an endless supply of power?

Lets say my laptop battery could be charged via USB. I have 2 of them. 1 powers the PC, the other is plugged into the PC's usb to charge. I am curious at what rate the drawdown would be to where you would be without power...

I'm now looking for a company that could bypass the USB cell altogether, and supply power direct from the usb port to a second USB port that would charge the laptop battery....

A buddy of mine at work built a battery charger that, uh, plugs into a telephone jack (and nothing else).
