I'm about to deploy this on a real estate site. VoiP-enabled.

I don't have the app yet but I think it works like this.
A prospect clicks on the 'call me' button on the Website. A form pops up and he enters his current (physical) phone number into the form.
Within 3 seconds, his physical phone rings advising him that the realtor is contacting him. Simultaneously, the realtor's (physical) phone number is called by the same computer. Both parties are connected by VoiP.
It gets better. I will have set up the app such that, when the prospect asks about listings or other info, the realtor can can use his cell or landline phone's keypad to take over the prospect's browser and point it to appropriate pages on the Website.
Furthermore, there's back office call tracking for sales management. One cool feature there is that a map, complete with demographics of the exchange used by the caller, is available online to the realtor. If the realtor is online, he can see it in realtime. Otherwise, he can check it out later. So, if the caller is in a low-rent district and is inquiring about a multi-million dollar house... you get the idea.
I'm looking forward to playing with this (and getting paid for it

Don't bug him but go to http://www.mainlinerealestate.com/ then click on my 'Talk to me Now' button and see the dialog(ue) box. Close it after you peek. This is very cool. I cannot believe this wasn't thought of before!
He picks up caller ID info and more and can take over the caller's browser to point it at listings, contracts, etc., from the touchpad of his office or cell phone
Oh! If it's after hours for him, you won't see the button! East coast US, presently GMT - 4
