The latest on overseas call centres from the UK is that a worker in Bangalore, India at a call centre for the HSBC bank has been arrested for aiding fraudsters to access accounts of HSBC account holders and milk them to the tune of around £235,000

Another good reason to keep the call centres in the country of the company involved!
Old cameramen never die, they just go out of focus.........
